The Landmark Event Center 10-Year Anniversary Event Giveaway Contest Rules:

 

1. Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of Pinal County who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. One entry per email address. Multiple entries per household are allowed. Employees of The Landmark Event Center and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

2. How to Enter: To enter the contest, participants must fill out the official entry form available on The Landmark Event Center website or social media before September 1st, 2024.

 

3. Event Disclosure: Participants are required to disclose type of event they would like to host at The Landmark Event Center. Entries should include details such as event theme, guest count, and any specific requirements or preferences.

 

4. Prize: The winner will receive a venue rental package up to the value of the Saturday Wedding Package (a $3500 value) at The Landmark Event Center for their chosen event date. The prize covers venue rental only and does not include additional services or amenities.

 

5. Winner Selection: The Landmark Event Center will review all eligible entries and select one winner based on feasibility of the proposed event. The decision of the judges is final and binding.

 

6. Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone within seven days following the contest deadline. If the winner cannot be reached within seven days of the initial attempt to contact them, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

7. Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferrable to another individual or date, except in the case where the winner wishes to gift the prize to a family member or friend. The prize cannot be sold or redeemed for cash or other services.

 

8. Publicity: By participating in the contest, entrants agree to allow The Landmark Event Center to use their name, likeness, and photos from the event for promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.

 

9. General Conditions: The Landmark Event Center reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest in the event of any technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond its control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest.

 

10. **Release of Liability:** By participating in the contest, entrants release and hold harmless The Landmark Event Center, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

 

11. Governing Law: The contest is governed by the laws of Arizona, and any disputes arising under or in connection with the contest shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Pinal County.

 

12. Official Rules: These rules constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and The Landmark Event Center with respect to the contest and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties regarding the subject matter herein.
